Time to stop and breathe

This is my first blog and it dedicated to Marz Macneill.
I have found time to stop and breathe.....and I've been for lunch.
Along with my friend big Tony I went to Aspendos a new Turkish Mediterranean restaurant just open in Inverness.
I love Mediterranean food (well any kind of food actually) like all us restaurants it was quiet at lunch time but we received a very warm welcome with the friendliness continuing throughout the lunch.
We were both cheap skates and went for the lunch special menu, the portions were good and the food was beautifully cooked. Washed down with a very nice ice cold bottle of Effs, or two.
In short I would recommend here for lunch.
